These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the EnlitEDU website at enlitedu.com and, unless a separate signed agreement applies, the LioraAI platform. By using the site you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the website

You may use this website for lawful, informational purposes and to request information or a demo. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, scrape it at a rate that degrades service, interfere with its operation, or use it to infringe others' rights.

2. Accounts and access to LioraAI

Access to the LioraAI platform is provided only to institutions and their authorized users under a separate agreement. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of credentials issued to you and for activity under your account.

3. Intellectual property

The website, the LioraAI software, and all related content, trademarks, and logos are owned by EnlitEDU Inc. or its licensors. Institutions retain all rights in their own data, catalogs, articulation rules, and student records. No rights are granted to you except as expressly stated here or in a signed agreement.

4. Customer data

As between EnlitEDU and an institution, the institution owns all data it submits to LioraAI. EnlitEDU processes that data only as described in the Privacy Policy, the Security & Trust page, and the Data Processing Agreement.

5. AI-generated recommendations

LioraAI produces recommendations, course equivalencies, GPA normalizations, credit suggestions, eligibility flags, that are intended to support, not replace, qualified human review. Final academic and compliance decisions rest with the institution's authorized staff and faculty. EnlitEDU does not provide academic advising, legal, or accreditation advice.

6. Third-party links and services

The site may link to third-party sites and integrate with third-party systems (for example, SIS and CRM platforms). We are not responsible for third-party content or practices.

7. Disclaimers

The website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Platform warranties, if any, are stated only in a signed agreement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EnlitEDU will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold EnlitEDU harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the website or violation of these Terms.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Georgia will have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any dispute-resolution terms in a signed agreement.
